Untold Stories of The E.R.

Dr. cK, please report to ER...

I was asked to play a part as an ER surgeon for a show airing on TLC in April called, "Untold Stories of the ER". It is the first scripted show to air on the The Learning Channel.

Its basically all about re-enacted stories that really happened in the Emergency Room. This was being filmed at the Beach City Hospital in Redondo Beach. When I arrived there around 7am, there was fully catered food. I was invited to join the crew for breakfast, anything I wanted on the menu. There was so much to choose from, so I just did some crazy mixture of things from the list.

After breakfast, I waited in a room with other actors. People were reviewing the script and awaiting wardrobe. I talked with the other actors that were of all backgrounds. This one girl that was very comfortable coming up to me to talk was, Grace Jeong. A cute asian girl that is working on a hip hop album. Look for her to be something in the future.

The producer came and had some opening words for us before we went out to film. My first part that I played was a patient in the waiting room. I'm just in the background, wearing my regular clothes used for opening scenes. I did that for a good part of the day. Then later I was used as an ER surgeon rushing a patient from an ambulance to the ER ward.
