cK was born in Toronto, Ontario,
Canada to parents of Guyanese descent. He was
accepted into the prestigious Etobicoke
School of the Arts where he studied visual arts. cK then went on to
pursue a career in advertising and computer graphics studying at the International
Academy of Design. Upon graduation, cK was awarded a full scholarship
to study multimedia at the Bell Center For Creative Communications. Upon
graduation, cK found himself working as a web interface designer.
Along with the web
design skills, cK has taught computer classes with the Toronto
District School Board, has hosted a talk radio show on Toronto's
CKLN 88.1 FM and has worked as an advisory at the Art Gallery
of Ontario's Teen Programs.
cK
then moved to Miami in December 2000 accepting a position at a web firm.
After living in Miami for a 2 years, cK moved to New York City where he
worked at a web marketing firm. Being in Manhattan, he stumbled across
the opportunity to participate on a televised dating show. The show aired
months later where cK received an overwhelming response. This inspired
cK to move to Los Angeles and take a shot at the entertainment industry.
