Hey CK fans!
I can't believe that I was driving home from work the other day
and then I find this new model Acura trying to keep up with me.
As I look over, I see 2 fine girls smiling at me. Of course, I
don't think much of it. As I make it towards a stopped traffic
light, I see the girls right beside me. Somehow we started talking
through our car windows and before I knew it, we were exchanging
numbers by pulling into the next gas station.
The
same weekend, my good (and VERY HOT) friend Theresa in New York
just happened to be in West Palm Beach and was hoping to visit
me in Miami. Too bad she was one of the last to know that I'm
in Orlando right now and too far to drive to Miami to see her.
Gosh I felt soooo bad. [I'll make it up
Theresa!! I swear!]
Then on Sunday,
I found out that my good friend from Miami, Rachel, was in Orlando
and was trying to get in touch with me all weekend before she
headed back. Unfortunately I found out too late and missed out
on partying with her too.
Oh well....
I'll make that up too.
So, what's
the latest...
What do you do when you work 2 weeks for a company and they still
haven't paid you? They say they'll pay you eventually.. but then
keep bumping the date... Well that's what has been happening to
me as of late as I worked for a credit repair firm. I quit today.
I have bills to pay and I can't work on empty promises.
So far I am
adjusting to this "city" that is Orlando. I still have
not ventured into the club district, but I did go for a little
drive of my own on International Drive. Wow. There is so much
to see there and do. A total tourist street. Everything from Ripley's
Believe It Or Not Museum to Wet and Wild Fun Park.
It's definitely no Miami.. but then again, what is?
I am really
considering taking the CrazyKelvin show out west. And when I say
out west.. I mean to the other coast west. California might be
calling my name... and I might answer it in the coming months.
Toronto is also calling me back.. but its up to me to answer that
call.
In a recent
survey, 56% of this year's college graduates are expected to move
back in home with their parents. Can you believe that? What has
happened? You grow up through your teens and can't wait to escape
and get your own pad.. then you head off to college and then once
you graduate you come back home? I guess that has its advantages,
but then again you have to deal with the same overprotective parents
that don't want you coming in after 12 at night!
All
the best,
-cK
