The History of nWo TDot Vehicles

TORONTO, Canada - Over the years, the nWo TDot has seen many rides come and go. Are we on the verge of another ride going or coming? Due to N8 DOGG's ongoing car troubles, its time to summarize where we have been and could possibly be going in the future for the nWo TDot vehicle stable.

The very first nWo TDot vehicle on record was the 1990 Chevrolet Cavalier Station Wagon. Powered by a 3.1L Multiport Fuel Injected V6 that was a wolf in sheep's clothing pushing out 140 horsepower. It was nicknamed, the "BadMan-Mobile" by the Almighty Black Swan.

With deep black limosene tinted windows and a midnight blue paint job, it was a vehicle that cloaked itself in the night. It was later driven mostly by the TAZEMASTER during 1997-2001. The vehicle was later retired when the engine blew out in 2001. In 1998, it was the dawning of the first official nWo TDot vehicle...properly named -- the nWo 1.

The "nWo 1" was a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier sedan. Equipped with a 2.4L 4 cylinder engine that churned out 110 horsepower, it was a eco-friendly replacement to the "BadMan-Mobile". This vehicle became the sole ride to events and parties. Until the N8 Dogg went and got...

nWo 2

This was the ultimate summer machine. A 1999 Suzuki Vitara Convertible. With black paint and standard transmission, it's only flaw that it was in a part of the world where you enjoy the sunshine only 5 months out of the year.

The occassional time when the nWo TDot needed more space to carry people, the 1997 GMC Suburban LT was also available in the nWo TDot stable. With a whopping 255 horsepower churning from a 5.7L V8, it was powerful and fast. Its recommended seating capacity was 8, but we always squeezed at least 12 in there. WITH SPACE to spare.

When I moved to Florida, I took "nWo 1" with me. N8 DOGG was still driving "nWo 2". In August of 2002, "nWo 2" succumbed to an accident and was taken off the nWo TDot roster. It was no more. N8 DOGG walked away from it and vowed to get a new vehicle. The result, a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am.

The 3.4L V6 with 180 horsepower was the new PHATMOBILE.
As of late, the PHATMOBILE has been giving N8 some issues -- 4 years into its run carrying the prestigious title of nWo TDot with it, it does have a lot to live up to. Could this vehicle be on its way out? Or is this just giving N8 some fun? That remains to be seen.

The most recent addition to the nWo TDot stable was in 2001, when I got the 2002 Chevrolet Impala LS. Powered by a 200 Horsepower, 3.8L V6, it zooms from 0-60 miles per hour in 7.7 seconds...yet cruises smoothly through the streets.

The only problem with the 'Pala' is that it doesn't traditionally fall under the nWo TDot's color scheme of black/white.

Even THE BIG BLACK MACHINE has a vehicle. A 1998 Nissan Maxima GLE. Although it isn't an official carrier of the nWo TDot, it does transport the largest member of our faction, and does deserve some recognition!

After these vehicles, what else could be added to the stable for future excursions? Maybe a van is an idea? Another convertible? We can only wait... and see..

Until then... its happy driving!!
