cK Mourns Passing of Troy Dixon

TORONTO, Ontario - CrazyKelvin mourns the tragic passing of comedian Troy Dixon, who lost his life in an automobile accident on December 6, 2008.

CK met Troy Dixon while going to the Etobicoke School of the Arts. It was only recently in November when they met each other again for the first time when Troy was performing on stage as part of the "PERFECT 10" comedy show.

Troy invited "The Big Black Machine" to come out and see him perform, who in turn invited CrazyKelvin, who brought along the Tazemaster. His comedy set was hilarious and entertained the crowd from start to finish. After the show, Troy was very welcoming to taking photographs and chatting with people who enjoyed his performance. He was very personable and friendly.

Just a week later, Troy Dixon's life tragically ended when the car he was driving hit a patch of black ice, causing his car to lose control. The details from that point are not really important, other than the fact that Troy didn't survive it.

Troy Dixon is probably most famous for his work playing "T-Bag" on Pure Pwnage. His MySpace Bio reads:

Although Troy has been doing stand-up comedy for very few years, he is quickly becoming a popular name in the clubs. He has performed well known venues such as Yuk Yuks, The Laugh Resort, Absolute Comedy, The Alt-Dot Comedy Lounge and many others. He has also showcased for Just For Laughs at the All-Black Comedy show. He has performed at various College campuses and private functions. Troy describes his style to somewhat of an "Eddie Murphy and Jim Carrey in a blender, minus the racial identity!" Aside from being an actor, and model, Troy is also a talented musician, and has been involved around it most of his life spreading the Trumpet, Piano, Drums. He is also a music producer, and hopes to crash the music world in the near future. Troy, a Humber College COMEDY program alumni, continues to perform at comic venues around North America.

Troy Dixon will definitely be missed and will always be remembered.

Rest In Peace, Troy. 1981-2008
